A "Cigarette Distributing Agent" is defined in the state of Florida as any business that is authorized by the Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco to purchase and tax stamp cigarettes that are then to be sold to retail dealers.
Florida Cigarette Distributing Agent Surety Bonds are required by the Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco. The required bond amount is $2,000, and all bonds will be completed on Surety Bond Form DBPR ABT-6032.
In addition to obtaining a surety bond, a Cigarette Wholesale Dealer (CWD) permit must also be obtained.
