This Surety Bond is required by the Department of Veterans Affairs in Louisiana of persons (custodians) appointed to take charge of a veteran's funds. Surety Bonds are required when the fund balance exceeds $20,000.

The city of New Orleans is Louisiana's largest and is one of the largest "jazz scenes" in the United States. Many famous musicians, like Louis Armstrong, have come out of New Orleans. The city has also recently earned the name, "Hollywood South", because many films, including: The Pelican Brief, Glory Road, and The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, have been filmed there.
