Ohio Autism Scholarship Program Surety Bonds are required by the Ohio Department of Education. The required bond amount ranges from $10,000- $250,000. The bond amount is specific to each provider. The bond amount must be great than 1/12 of the scholarship funds that have been received the prior year. This bond requirement is pursuant to Ohio Admin Code 3301-103-07.
